By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. nogod9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend any account where age compliance cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to a player under 21 will be voided and the account permanently closed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on nogod9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or household — is strictly forbidden. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nogod9 will close all but the first registered account, void any associated bonus claims, and may withhold any funds pending an internal review.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with any local laws or regulations applicable to you. nogod9 makes no representation that the Service is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.1 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nogod9 support immediately at [email protected]. nogod9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Account Sharing

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Allowing another person to place bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds from your account — regardless of relationship — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

nogod9 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system. Where suspicious activity is detected, nogod9 may freeze the account, request identity documentation, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your mobile wallet provider.
• Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your nogod9 account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. In cases of network delay, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• nogod9 does not charge fees for deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the nogod9 account.
• Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within five minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if the account is under review.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met the rollover condition will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Accounts found to have processed funds of unlawful origin will be permanently closed and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. nogod9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has: breached these Terms; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; or where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to the platform.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for breach, any balance attributable to bonus funds, voided bets, or funds obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to a withholding determination will be returned at nogod9's discretion following completion of any necessary review period.
